EDIT- I've also already tried to change Regedit -NtfsDisableEncryption, I've tried to run the CMD code for the same thing, I've changed the security permissions that way TrustedInstaller has no control and Administrator has full control. Then I'll be able to dive in a bit further and should be able to remove the Windows 10 manifest requests. I'm looking for a way to remove these EFS Locks, or to dump all the files with out having to actually run the game first. At best I can get the program to show up for about 5 frames with the loading logo to appear then it just shuts down.
I've seen the UWP Dumping program to replicate the files with out the locks but yet, this requires the game to actually run. I'm able to see them but can not access them in anyway. I've been stuck with the EFS Locks on all the folders and files. So at the moment I've gotten the files directly from the store with out a windows 10 computer (Phantom Dust requires windows 10), I have been able to extract the files with a third party program, and now I'm left with an issue. If you are interested in my progress I shall leave it in the bottom of this post for those of you wishing to catch up to where I am. Currently I'm working on Cracking Phantom Dust to be played on any computer.
